In our Rights Respecting group, we learn about our rights from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, which helps us understand more about who we are and the responsibilities we have. We share what we’ve learned with the rest of the school during assemblies, helping everyone understand what children’s rights are and why they matter in school and in the wider world. By working together, we are helping to create a school where every child feels safe, respected, and listened to.
