Attendance/late arrival
Your child’s attendance is of vital importance for them to receive a broad & balanced education. To gain this they need to be in school regularly. Please note it does not matter if your child is ill or on holidays both of these results have the same effect to their overall attendance percentage.

Above is an interactive table explaining the implications of various attendance percentages which we are sharing with all of our parents and carers. We have colour coded these categories to highlight the importance of good attendance.

If you are bringing your child to school after the normal start of the school day please ensure that you bring them into school yourself and sign the late book. Please do not drop them at the gate as school doors are locked and it is your responsibility to ensure pupils are safely inside the school building if they are late.
